About Silverback
Silverback got its start in 2012 as an event production company out of Lawrence, Kansas. Kyle Meyers, Silverback COO and Partner, brought years of experience and expertise from the endurance sports industry. Almost immediately after Kyle joined, The Color Run tapped Silverback to manage their logistics and tour operations, which at its peak was held in over 100 cities across the United States. From that point Silverback began focusing on executing mass participation and endurance events.
In 2015, Silverback opened an office in San Francisco and since then they have owned the endurance space in the Bay Area, producing iconic events such as Bay to Breakers, The San Francisco Marathon, Giant Race and SailGP.
As the Bay Area office developed, the midwest base focused on its design / build capabilities. Silverback tooled this operation to excel in all facets of the experiential event process, from concept to completion. Now this arm of Silverback has a broad portfolio of successful events and fabrication projects.
Silverback continues to grow in the endurance space, while also expanding their custom design and fabrication services for experiential marketing campaigns nationwide.
